- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of payment and valid reasons for requesting the refund.
- Refunds are not applicable for courses where more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

- Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
- If the course was accessed, downloaded, or used beyond the specified eligibility criteria.
- Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection.
- Refund requests made for reasons unrelated to the course content or quality.

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Rainbow Eduzone, we will notify you and offer the following options:
- Transfer your enrollment to another course or batch.
- Full refund of the course fee.
